Proppz is developed and operated by Proppz, Inc. (MoMo Enterprises). Proppz is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of the Proppz application and all related services.

Age Requirement

Proppz is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account or using Proppz, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be removed.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Proppz strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) in any form

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including sharing, requesting, storing, or promoting such content

  • Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors

  • Solicitation of minors

  • Any activity that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a child

Violations will result in:

  • Immediate content removal

  • Account suspension or permanent termination

  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities as required by law

In-App Reporting Mechanism

Proppz maintains an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content or behavior directly within the application.

All reports are reviewed and acted upon in accordance with this policy.

All reports related to child safety are handled with urgency and confidentiality.

If someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.

Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Proppz has a defined process for identifying, removing, and reporting child sexual abuse material. Upon detection or report of CSAM:

  • The content is immediately removed from the platform

  • The associated account is suspended pending investigation

  • The incident is reported to NCMEC via the CyberTipline in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A

  • Law enforcement is notified where applicable

Legal Compliance

Proppz complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the PROTECT Our Children Act and all applicable federal and state statutes governing the reporting and handling of child sexual abuse material.

Enforcement

Proppz investigates all reports of harmful or abusive activity. Actions may include removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, and cooperating fully with lawful requests from authorities.
